Professional Access Policy

Reclaim Health provides wholesale catalog access to qualified clinics, professional buyers, and legitimate research organizations after manual review. Consumers are not eligible for pricing access.

What you can browse without an account

Anyone may view the public catalog for product names, categories, and available size or strength information. Wholesale prices remain hidden until your organization is approved and signed in.

Requesting pricing access

Use the Request Pricing Access form to tell us about your organization, role, location, and intended purchasing purpose. Licensed organizations may be asked for license type, number, issuing jurisdiction, and expiration. We may follow up for additional verification.

Account decisions

Accounts may be approved, held pending further information, declined, or later revoked. Approval is discretionary and may depend on documentation, jurisdiction, and product category. Approval does not guarantee product availability or acceptance of a later order request.

After approval

Approved users may view applicable wholesale prices, access controlled documents when available, and submit a request list to sales for review. Submissions are requests for sales confirmation—not completed purchases.
