Early years Born in Togo, West Africa, Dr. Dare arrived in the US in 1986 on academic scholarship to attend Knox College, Galesburg, IL. After completing his medical education at the Yale University and a fellowship training at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas, Dr. Dare founded Palm Beach Brain & Spine Surgery, PA in West Palm Beach, FL as President and Medical Director. Medical Technology As a lead investigator in the beta trials of Electronic Health Record systems (EHR) for EClinicalWorks, Dr. Dare gained first-hand experience with the process of launching software within the healthcare industry.
